Real product status
What exists in Futura Tickets today, module by module
This page answers the plain question “do you actually have this?”. Every module appears with one of three states: deployed, in beta, or on the roadmap. What does not exist gets its own section, spelled out.
The table is not hand-written. It is generated at build time from the same file the platform reads each module’s status from, so it cannot say one thing here and another in the organiser’s dashboard.
How to read the three states
- Deployed
- Live in production today. Any Futura Tickets organiser can use it with no prior arrangement.
- In beta
- Built and working, but open only to agreed pilots. It is not generally available and should not be assumed when signing.
- On the roadmap
- Does not exist yet. It is on the product plan and has no public release date.

What Futura Tickets does not have
Publishing only the wins lets anyone fill the gaps as they please. These four are the most commonly assumed, and they are worth reading before a demo.
There is no 3D venue viewer
The seating-map editor is deployed and covers numbered seats, standing zones, boxes and accessible places, but it works in 2D. Futura Tickets has no three-dimensional viewer and no view-from-seat: any claim to the contrary, wherever it comes from, is false.
The own POS and cashless wallet are not generally available
Both are in beta, open only to agreed pilots. What is deployed in the money layer are the RFID-NFC wristbands and cards, multi-provider payment orchestration and the multi-vendor marketplace. They are different things and are not conflated here.
Sponsor matching is switched off in production
The module is built end to end, but its flag is off in the production environment, so an organiser will not find it in their dashboard today. That is why it is listed as beta and not deployed, even though the code is finished.
Super Fan does not exist yet
Loyalty and presales for returning audiences are on the product plan, with no public date. It is the only module in the catalogue currently listed on the roadmap.
Straight questions
- Does Futura Tickets have a 3D venue viewer?
- No. The seating-map editor is deployed, but it is 2D: numbered seats, standing zones, boxes and accessible places. There is no 3D viewer and no view-from-seat.
- Does Futura Tickets have cashless?
- Yes, with a distinction that matters. The RFID-NFC wristbands and cards and payment orchestration are deployed. The own cashless wallet and the bar POS are in beta, open only to agreed pilots.
- Can the bar POS be used at an event this month?
- Only as a pilot agreed in writing. The POS is in beta: it works, but it is not generally open and should not be assumed when signing.
- Why do you publish which modules are in beta?
- Because an organiser who finds out during event week that a module was not available has a problem, and so do we. Losing a deal by explaining a beta is cheaper than explaining it afterwards.
- Is this page updated when the product changes?
- Yes, automatically. The states are read from the platform’s availability file at build time, so a module moving from beta to deployed changes here in the same release.
