9. Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Through Meta's official API (Instagram Graph API), we only process public data from professional Instagram profiles (business or creator accounts):

  • Username and profile display name.
  • Profile biography.
  • Number of followers.
  • Public posts, with their number of likes and their comments.

Purpose: To analyse and select profiles for collaborations and for event promotion.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest of Futura Tickets (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in identifying professional profiles to collaborate with on event promotion. We do not process data from personal accounts or private data, and we never post on behalf of any user.

Retention: We keep this data for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose and for no more than 12 months from collection, unless a collaboration begins, in which case it is kept for the duration of that relationship. After that period it is deleted.

How to request deletion of your Meta data

You can ask us at any time to delete your profile data obtained through Meta by writing to hello@futuratickets.com with the subject "Borrado de datos de Meta" (Meta data deletion) and stating your Instagram username. We will delete the data and confirm the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.
